Two more sharks! Above is from the ever wonderful and talented Liz Sullivan. She was the first person to get me a shark when I came up with this project. Below, is from a lady that I'm proud to call my sister out-law, Tracy Jenkins! These are both a couple of my personal favorites. Send me your shark! via email: thegirlwiththeenterprisetattoo@gmail.com (If you have some other means to give me a shark, just email me and we can make it happen)

Here's some inspiration! Above, my Great White Shark. Below, the ever wonderful, Jane Lawrence's hipster shark. He drinks pbr, smokes american spirits and judges you.

The Beginning

For the longest time, my friends and I were complaining that we're never 'involved' in anything fun. Sure we tossed around awesome ideas, sure even some of us weren't lazy and actually followed through. Inspired by the idea of free comic book day, I decided that I wanted every single person I know to draw me a shark. No experience necessary, no expertise required. Just take a minute or two out of their busy day to draw a shark. These pictures then would be put into a little book with interesting factoids and given away. Each person who gives a shark would get a copy of the book. Little did I know, this project was a bit more difficult than initially thought. Sure, I got plenty of positive feedback and such, but not enough sharks to complete the whole 'zine.

Here's where you come in, draw me a shark. It doesn't have to be spectacular. I assure you, your shark will be coveted and loved. It can be color, it can be black and white, it could be drawn on a label of a soup can. (Although, you should eat the soup.) Just email me your shark!
